Route Sales Person
Our expanding business has created openings for Route Sales Persons in the following locations:

SALESPERSON RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Being directly responsible for sales activity within the assigned territory.
• Planning, pre-sells, delivers and merchandise promotions.
• Being responsible for placement and merchandising of authorized products to meet customer satisfaction in every account.
• Maintaining the required plan a gram.
• Properly rotating (back to front) all merchandise on every account call and removes from the shelf any outdated unsalable product.
• Stocking sufficient quantities and varieties of product in all stores to be full merchandised until a subsequent service call.
• Using point of purchase material.
• Maintaining cleanliness of vehicle.
• A valid driver’s license.
• The candidate to be 19 years old or older.
• The ability to serve accounts by lifting, carrying and transporting products into accounts through the use of a hand truck.
• Good communication skills
• The ability to work independently.
• A Strong Work Ethic
• A H.S. Diploma/G.E.D.

Hours for the Route Sales position are determined by the service area.

Network Administrator
Utz Quality Foods, Inc. has an immediate opening for an experienced Network Administrator. The serious applicant must have 7-10 years experience in a Windows Server environment with sound skills in MS Exchange and Active Directory. This applicant must have a cursory knowledge of VPN/WAN/FW telecommunications (preferably Checkpoint), BES, Backup Exec, WiFi, SurfControl, 3COM and Cisco switches and routers, RAID, DNS/DHCP/FTP/SQL administration. Excellent oral and written communications skills are required along with a willingness to travel in support of 40 plus Distribution Centers and Distributors from ME to NC. Desirable skills will also include CAT5/CAT6 wiring for telephone/network connectivity and familiarity with IBM iSeries. In this full time day shift position the candidate must be willing to absorb responsibilities associated with off hours support and maintaining existing Network infrastructures.

Electrical/Mechanical Maintenance Person
Utz Quality Foods, Inc. is seeking experienced plant maintenance personnel. We currently have openings on our Dayshift, Monday- Friday (6:55 am – 4:55 pm) and our Nightshift, Sunday- Thursday (8:55 pm – 6:55 am). Strong electrical and mechanical background required with a minimum of 5 years experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience with food processing equipment and vertical form/fill/seal equipment is preferred.
