Basic Ingredients (Kettle Classic, Mystic, Regular, Ripple): Whole fresh potatoes sliced and cooked in 100% pure Cottonseed Oil, with sea salt added.  No preservatives added.  Contains no hydrogenated fats.  This is a gluten free food.
