Pros -- Tastes good. Comes in barrel sizes. Decent dietary fiber amount. Efficient customer Service. Allowed to purchase direct from the manufacturer.

Neutral -- Costs and shipping fee.

Cons -- Packaging and Shipping. Many pretzel rods just naturally break in half while being packed into the barrel. Don't know if this is a problem that actually can be fixed. Sometimes, the seal on the lid also doesn't fit snug, which allows the barrels to pop open during the tumbling shipping process. I have ordered multiple times and so sometimes, the shipping decisions are quite questionable, depending on the individual shipping person. I once received a package that was stuffed with 12 barrels and no cushioning, causing the small box to bulge. When I opened the package, 4 of the barrels popped open and the box was a mess. Other times when I ordered, things were fine, as the barrels were split into 2 shipping boxes, with decent cushioning. But because some of the seals on the lids are not always snug on all of the barrels, every now and then a barrel would pop open during the rough shipping process.

I love the pretzel rods. When my delivery arrived the 4 containers weren't very tightly packed and a lot of the rods were broken in transit. I think better packing would have to prevented that from happening.

Fresh and salted just right

Badly busted but not sure you can control any of that, still the only pretzels I use for holidays every yr, andwill use every bit!

I was disappointed with the decrease size both in the container size and the smaller pretzel rods.
